Invita signs a deal with Solidarity Bahrain
an ISO 9001:2008 and PCI DSS v3.2 certified regional provider of Business
Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has signed a contract with Solidarity Bahrain
to manage the services offered by the Contact Center.
This service has been initiated with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction by devoting a dedicated team of Agents who will be responsible for providing timely assistance to customers via telephone and simply being the first contact point to address their many needs.
The Contact Centre Agents will guide customers on any inquiry related to the variety of products and services offered by Solidarity Bahrain. Invita is confident that in the long term, this initiative will grow strength to strength and will have a more positive impact on the customers experience with Solidarity Bahrain.
