Invita Upgrades its ISO Standard
Bahrain-based Invita, an ISO and PCI DSS certified regional provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has upgraded the ISO certification from 9001:2008 to 9001:2015. Invita was the first Third Party BPO in Bahrain to receive the ISO Certification in 2016.
To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, Invita underwent an evaluation process that included an upgrade to its: quality management system, departmental procedure manuals, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment and clearance of non-conformances.
Invita’s decision to become ISO 9001:20015 certified is a proactive one that not only anticipates the market demands, but also demonstrates a commitment to providing quality services to all current and future clients.
