Invita’s AI Chatbot, ‘Herbie’, offers ‘human’ customer experiences 24/7

Invita, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Transformation Solutions, recently launched an AI enabled chatbot ‘Herbie’. The chatbot is from SunSmart Global, Invita’s global AI Partner, and is the first in a range of Robotic Process Automation services.

The chatbot delivers human-like experiences across all customer channels including voice, text, web chat, social and mobile, automating up to 70% of customer conversations.
