Invita gets Recertified for ISO 9001:2015
Invita Company B.S.C. (Closed), a bahrain-based leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider for the region, has completed the re-certification for ISO 9001:2015 standard. Invita has been the first Third Party BPO in Bahrain to receive the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification in 2016.
To maintain the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Invita constantly evaluates and updates its quality management system, departmental procedures and processes and conducts routine audits and to ensure compliance and detect and address non-conformances.
Invita’s decision to become ISO 9001:2015 certified is a proactive one that not only anticipates the market demands, but also demonstrates a commitment to providing quality services to all current and future clients.
