Invita Company, an ISO and PCI-DSS certified – leading provider of

taken a major step towards voice biometrics solution inclusion in contact
centres. Invita has integrated voice
biometric Solution into its contact centre offerings.
The companies note, that Gartner predicts 20 percent of successful account takeover attacks will use sophisticated identity theft and fraud techniques. KSV's Voice biometric capabilities provide protection against advanced threat technologies within two years, to give customers the highest level of security against evolving threats while delivering an improved consumer experience, according to the company announcement.
